I have tried many diets that I picked up in different books or magazine, I often lost some pounds that I then gained back .But the most important thing, is that I lost along the way , my instinct in knowing what to eat or not to eat.Valerie, you were quiet soft and gradual in your approach and this is where I got hooked ! You led me to incorporate, change by change in my way of eating, and in learning how to choose what to eat or not to eat. Today I can say I have gained confidence again in what I choose to put on my plate. Losing weight was never our main subject of conversation, but I lost the weight I needed to loose in a very natural way, without being obscessed about calories. I am also grateful for your inspiration in incorporating exercise in my life (witch, I as you know, had always been lazy about). Also being on a very tight schedule, our Skype calls worked perfectly for me the only thing was our time difference but we made it possible. Thank you a million for your great support.
